Fostering Operational Excellence & Sense of Ownership
The Main Marshall Improvement District (MMID) was formally established in 2011 as a voluntary City Improvement District (CID) and subsequently registered as a Non-Profit Organization (NPO).
Administration of the MMID is strictly guided by its Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI), which defines the operational boundaries within which the MMID is legally permitted to operate. The improvement district features a unique mixture of major corporate headquarters and residential property owners working hand-in-hand to rejuvenate public spaces.
