City South Improvement District (NPC) is a Central Improvement District formally established in 2021 with the sole purpose of providing community-based urban management within its boundaries.
Covering City and Suburban Ext 1, 2, 3, 9, and surrounding transport corridors including the M2 Highway border, City South brings together major automotive distributors, educational institutions, hardware manufacturers, and logistics hubs.

Create and sustain a clean, litter-free operating environment across commercial loading zones and streets.
Industrial & Retail Safety
Improve safety levels significantly for property owners, industrial operators, workers, and visiting clients.
Infrastructure & By-laws
Identify challenges regarding road surfaces, street lighting, health hazards, storm drains, and council by-laws.
Freight & Traffic Flow
Maintain clear pavements, regulate commercial parking, and improve access along main arterial routes.
